Betty Sulty-Johnson holds a Sales and Marketing Degree. She has management experience in marketing, business, and account management. She has a passion for films and has organised single-event screenings of independent films in London.

Betty decided to set up a production company in 2002 called Frequence Production, dedicated to supporting independent films.
